U.S. Conference of Mayors Reports on Needle Exchange Policy Implications and Pilot Programs

The U.S. Conference of Mayors has prepared a series of reports on evaluating the need for needle exchange in communities, finding barriers to program implementation, and gaining community support for HIV prevention programs. In addition, some reports summarize the current state of research on program effectiveness. Two reports focus on needle exchange programs in New Haven, Connecticut and Baltimore, Maryland.
